Privacy Statement
Results Group International ("RGI" or the "Company") is a consulting company that provides training and leadership development solutions for organizations, teams, departments, groups, and individuals.
It is the policy of RGI to respect and protect the privacy of the people who visit the RGI Web Site (the "Web Site"). RGI has created this privacy statement to demonstrate its firm commitment to the privacy of all who use the Web Site.
1. Cookies. At times the Web Site may use cookies or small pieces of stored information to recognize returning users and monitor site traffic. This information helps (1) make the Web Site more user friendly, (2) track customized demographic information, and (3) deliver content specific to a user's interests and needs. The cookie saves individual information, so the user does not have to re-enter it each time the user visits the Web Site.
2. Financial Information. The Web Site provides the option to purchase educational products and services for use by an organization or individual. Should a user make a purchase as an individual, the user must complete an order form that will include financial information, such as the user's credit card number. This information will be used solely to bill the purchaser for products and services, and is protected by proper firewalls and encryption.
3. Public Forums. The Web Site may make available to its users chat rooms, forums, message boards, and newsgroups. Any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information and is no longer within the shield of this privacy statement. Use extreme caution when disclosing personal information through any of the above-mentioned communication mechanisms.
4. Mutual Disclosure Obligation. As a rule, it is the policy of RGI not to disclose personally identifying information without the express permission of the individual via e-mail authorization; however if RGI discovers that any individual has breached this privacy agreement by transmitting or distributing pornographic, obscene, racist, or illegal materials or content, RGI will report such conduct to proper authorities and turn over all information including personally identifying information to persons or entities in compliance with laws requiring such disclosure.
5. Note to Parents and Minors. RGI has no interest whatsoever in collecting personal information from minors. We ask that minors not use the Web Site. Anyone using the Web Site promises that they are 18 years of age or older.
6. Opt-out Service. Users of RGI surveys are required to provide name and e-mail address contact information. The Company uses this contact information to notify users of relevant news, changes, improvements, and corrections to the Web Site or survey. Individuals may remove themselves from future contact by RGI by contacting their survey administrator who may request removal of such contact information. Survey administrators should send these requests to the RGI Webmaster at info@resultsgroupinternational.com.
7. Changes. If RGI changes this policy, it will publish to the Web Site those changes as an addendum to this privacy statement before such changes take effect. RGI will also notify users of such changes via electronic mail. Anyone who does not wish to comply with this privacy policy may request removal of any personally identifiable information from the Web Site. Anyone who does not wish to comply with the privacy policy, as amended, should not use the Web Site after the effective date of such change. Notification to remove your name and identifying information from the database, to make changes in any demographic information, or to report any inaccuracies that may arise, may be completed by your administrator who should contact the Webmaster below:
