Lou Markstrom

President & CEO, Results Group International

Over the past 25 years, Lou has worked with over 40,000 individuals in a wide variety of companies, organisations and industries to improve results, transform cultures and drive outcomes.  As the CEO of Results Group International, he is one of the APAC region’s leading authorities in supporting organisations’ IT and Digital Transformations.  Recognised by HRTech Magazine as one of the APAC region’s top 10 organisational development organisations, we have helped more than 3,000 IT organisations make the transition from a reactive, technology-centric, order-receiving culture to one that is the consultative, client-focused, business partner of choice.  Lou is the co-author of the book "Unleashing The Power of IT: Bringing People, Business and Technology Together" (Wiley, CIO Series). He has authored over 30 publications for CIO Magazine and is featured in the video series CIO Insights. He is currently working with CEO's, CIO's, HR Leaders, IT leaders, and executives to transform their cultures and develop the talent in their organisations.  Lou specialises in working with organisations and individuals to identify the future that they would like to achieve, the current state they are in and the skills and attitudes that will need to be developed in order to achieve it.

Stephanie Barros

Senior Consultant

For over 25 years, Stephanie has created sustainable high performance cultures that drive results consistently over the long term. She has worked in the corporate world with a variety of individuals, teams and functions. 

Stephanie is a multi-disciplinary senior leader with experience in Information Technology, Finance as well as Human Resources. She has worked in the Healthcare, Property and Financial Services industries.

She is an inspiring and passionate high performance coach, facilitator and speaker with an insatiable appetite for continuous learning.  She is a volunteer mentor for Females in Information Technology & Telecommunications and in her last corporate role, Stephanie was the APAC CIO for Johnson and Johnson.

Kerrie Campbell

Senior Consultant

Kerrie Campbell is an experienced Chief Information Officer who is passionate about establishing continuous improvement cultures and transforming the way IT works within complex organisations. Kerrie has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry (internationally) across Banking, Utilities, The Federal Government and Higher Education.

She is an agile transformation specialist and has made the CIO Top 50 Awards for 2019 and 2020 and was announced as the 2020 SA Business Woman of the year.  Kerrie led Flinders University Service Management division to win the Highest Satisfaction Award (#1 University) across Australia and New Zealand for the Higher Education Sector. 

She is a sought-after board member and a regular speaker at National and International conferences. Kerrie has an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also skilled in Coaching, Business Process Design, IT Service Management, and Team Building.
