How to produce RESULTS! 

Whether it is referred to as reaching outcomes, achieving goals, or driving performance, the one thing that every organization or individual is looking for is the ability to produce consistent results in one or multiple areas.  
 
The book is based on Lou Markstrom’s experience of working with over 35,000 people in a wide variety of organisations and industries over the last 25+ years.  He found that in order to really produce results, 3 areas need to be addressed simultaneously. In RESULTS! we look at these areas:
